The revival of the Croatian black metal scene is happening with full force and immense inspiration. Another band, which ceased activity more than a decade ago, now returns with a refreshed strength, powerful energy, and bold new misanthropic ideas.

PROKLET is a four-member black metal band. They formed in 2012 and quickly secured their place on the local black metal scene. They have released the EP “Forest of Forbidden Whispers” and the full-length album “Mizantropski crni metal”, and played a solid number of live shows. After disbanding in 2015, each member went their separate way. The four continued to promote the ideals of metal and black metal, but individually. Due to fan demand and the members’ hunger for black metal, they reunited in 2025, with the vision of picking up where they left off — determined to play misanthropic black metal the way it’s meant to be!

The band has already made their live return, appearing on stage alongside Bednja and Their this past Saturday (May 24th) in Rijeka, officially marking their comeback.
