The ominous Swiss circle of Jünger Tumilon (formerly known as Helvetic Underground Committee) spawns forth another band: Arrows. “Yearning Arrows; Cloven Suns” is the first album of this entity which has been scheming in the dark for far too long. What is this band? Well, it seems it is first and foremost an act of creative liberation. Two years ago, Menetekel was sick of all the conceptual works which have been and still are a big part of Jünger Tumilon. An Idea for a band was born: no boundaries, wether musically nor lyrically. Voidgaunt (Wyrgher, Ophanim, Dakhma, Arkhaaik) and later Darvish (Dakhma, Lykhaeon, Arkhaaik) joined the band, Ormioros joined later as a live member. Lyrically, this album deals with completely different but inherently human topics: conflict, fear, the meaning of life (yes, even that!), the pursuit of creative endeavours etc. Physical releases will follow.
