Mysterious entity Iczhihal unveils its new demo offering, “Eye of Nahash”

The mysterious black metal entity Iczhihal has
unleashed its new demo offering, “Eye of
Nahash”. Released once again via Battleskrs
Productions, “Eye of Nahash” refers to the more spiritual aspect of
the Genesis scriptures about the literal and symbolic act of
gouging out the right eye, which Nahash the Ammonite (often
translated as Serpent) demanded of the people of Jabesh-gilead in a
cruel treaty. The demand had both a practical and symbolic meaning:
physically incapacitating the men for war by blinding their right
eye, which was crucial for depth perception and aiming, and
bringing deep political and spiritual disgrace upon all of Israel.
The term here is used metaphorically in a spiritual context to
represent the temptation of sin.
