After unveiling a transcedent split effort with the Norwegian
powerhouse Vetter in the beginning of the year, the German black
metal ritualists Fyrnask return with news about their forthcoming
fifth full-length title – the successor to “VII: Kenoma” (2021).
Bearing the title “Íosir,” the album is set for release in March
2026 via Ván Records, and will be available on LP / Digipak CD /
MC.
To mark the occasion, the band will perform a special release
ritual on 20.12.2025 in Bamberg, where an exclusive pre-release MC
edition will be available solely to those attending the event.
All music was mixed at Sunsetter Recording Studio, with
mastering by V. Santura. The cover artwork for “Íosir” was crafted
by Khaos Diktator Design – see it below.
