Hailing from Kraljevo, Serbia, the solo black metal entity VOLFDRAG reveals its new offering, “Imitation of Truth”, out now via Obsidian Rite Records. Coming three years after the project’s debut, the new opus unleashes a new wall of energetic monolitic riffs, dark ambience, and layered black metal, combined with the traditional deep philosophical introspections of the mastermind behind the project – Miloš Duškić, and his artistic revelations about the psyche. The atmosphere throughout the songs portrays two sides – the one of light and the one of darkness – and the man caught in between, possessed by both poles. No answer. Just the push and pull. The conquest of revealing one’s true self.
