Icelandic black metal entity Mannveira unleash their new offering , “Vesöld”. The album unleashes seven new rituals culled from the primordial darkness and is out now via Dark Descent Records.

Five years since  the release of the  band’s debut full-length, “Vítahringur,” Mannveira emerges once more from Reykjavík’s black metal underground. “Vesöld” offers no salvation. Raw and dissonant at its core, the album twists abrasive black metal through moments of stark melody, creating a work that is as haunting as it is hostile. The album sees Mannveira achieve a balance of chaos and atmosphere, with a cold melodic undercurrent that shatters through the discord. Bleak and immediate, “Vesöld” marks a compelling return from the depths of Iceland’s black metal underground.
