Several days before official release, the enigmatic Swedish collective TROLLDOM – led by Swartadauþuz (BEKËTH NEXËHMÜ, MUVITIUM) – present a full stream of third album, “Tronen”.
Steeped in the atmosphere of mid-90s Swedish Black Metal, TROLLDOM unleash a storm of dark melodies, anthemic leads, evocative vocals and stirring progressions. Driven by the relentless drumming of K. Paradis (BELPHEGOR, MELECHESH) and enriched by the majestic keyboards of Alex Poole (MARTRÖÐ, SKÁPHE), “Tronen” is one of Swartadauþuz’s most compelling, resolute and hook-laden creations to-date.
All music was written by Swartadauþuz, while Lik (BEKËTH NEXËHMÜ) penned the lyrics. The album was mixed and mastered in early 2025 by S.D.S. (MARTRÖÐ, AVERSIO HUMANITATIS) at The Empty Hall Studios. The aptly mesmeric cover artwork was created by Greallach (PESTILENTIAL SHADOWS).

“Tronen” will be released on CD, vinyl (including an exclusive DMP edition) and digital on October 30th. Special merch – including a t-shirt, zip hoodie & patch – accompanies the release. Pre-orders are currently possible via Debemur Morti’s EU and US shops, and the album/merch will also be available at the label’s Bandcamp shop , with pre-orders going live on Bandcamp Friday, September 4th.
“Tronen” was composed October 2023 and recorded 2023-2024 by Swartadauþuz (guitars and keyboards) with the following session members:
