SIGNAL REX announces “Through The Black Fires Of Ascension”, the new full-length album from Chilean black metal project VINDALF, scheduled for digital release on November 21th, 2026.
Formed in 2014 by Count Vindalf, the project has built a catalogue rooted in raw black metal, drawing on occult and esoteric subjects. Its association with SIGNAL REX includes “Legion of Spectral Blood” (2023), “Anthology – Under the Banner of the Wolf” (2024) and “Undying Order of the Black Flames” (2024), establishing a collaboration that continues with this new recording.
“Through Black Fires Of Ascension” comprises fourteen tracks, with titles referencing fire, blood offerings, Norse mythology and esoteric traditions. From “Consecrated By Fire And Blood” and “Galdr Til Draugadróttins” to “Sepulchral Threshold Of Time”, the album’s subject matter remains connected to the imagery that has accompanied VINDALF throughout its existence.
The new album will be released digitally on November 27th, followed by the CD edition in December 2026 and vinyl in early 2027, all through SIGNAL REX.
