Sharpening their metal blades, the Dutch Kwade Droes once again confidently step forward to reveal their dark and horror-filled universe.
Burning like a torch through the impenetrable crevices of Hell itself, their new work carries with it a dark and haunting atmosphere – sincere, unadulterated.

‘Groeten Vanuit Gene Zijde’, their new record, features five satanic hypnotic anthems entirely dedicated to the chaos and darkness that springs from the lowest depths. Along with the charming rhythm that brings you into the album’s own ritual, the muffled vocals suddenly enter the mind, surrounded by ambient sounds and speech, creating whole pictures – vague and hallucinogenic visions.  Charming and unearthly fast guitar solos creep in, creating a sense of ecstasy, and the drums in places sound as if the Devil himself is playing them. Like a trance, music moves you elsewhere.

Strange to many, perhaps, the album is an intriguing adventure. Abrasive, raw and psychotic – „Groeten Vanuit Gene Zijde“ takes us into a pulsating hallucination where one will either feel slightly uncomfortable or experience a real soulful orgasm through all the darkness and beautiful deep melodies. A satanic sermon, a walk among some of the most interesting corners of Hell.
