The International black metal duo Luciferian Flame unveils its latest EP offering, “Darkness, Pride & Arrogance”. Crafted last year, the release  is out now via the label Lower Silesian Stronghold. When it comes to the title, it is a rather philosophical one – darkness, pride and arrogance are all  in relation to each other.  One often comes from the another, like a double – edged sword. They might refer to a healthy sense of self-esteem, self-respect, and satisfaction from one’s own achievements or associations, or it might be  an offensive, overbearing, and exaggerated sense of superiority and self-importance. Either way, pride and arrogance come from the depths of darkness, where in the void, you are pushed to embrace your shadows and unveil your true self. There is no wrong movement. Just truth.
