Hailing from the enchanting lands of Peru, Signs Of The Evil present the first glimpse into their forthcoming offering, “Calling the Ancient Legions Under the Red Moon”, to be released on March 2nd via Infernal Arts Prod , on limited edition cassette tapes.

Signs of the Evil was founded in 2002 in Lima, Peru, by Lord Alexander Belcifer, embodies the spirit of Black/Death Metal. Creator of all lyrics, vocals, and guitars, Belcifer forged two demos and the album “Black Throne of Blood”. From South American stages to the underground cult, the band marches under Infernal Arts Prod, invoking hymns of chaos, blasphemy, and eternal darkness.

Their forthcoming second full-length album explores black metal as a field of opposing and destructive forces. Its core concept is built upon the ancient understanding of magnetic and electric energies as primordial principles of existence and annihilation. The magnetic force is embodied through the infernal feminine: goddesses of attraction, absorption, creation, and possession. The electric force manifests as the virile demonic presence: impulse, rupture, aggression, and domination. These forces attract, collide, merge, and ultimately destroy one another, giving birth to cycles of power, decay, and transformation.

“Calling the Ancient Legions Under the Red Moon” draws from Sumerian, Akkadian, and Babylonian cosmology, where divinity and demonology were not moral concepts, but expressions of raw cosmic function. Ritual, invocation, sacrifice, and blasphemy are treated not as narrative elements, but as acts of alignment with these ancient currents. Lyrically, the album moves between English, Spanish, Sumerian, and Latin, forming a fractured ceremonial language that reflects the instability and violence of these forces. Each composition functions as a symbolic operation rather than a song – an opening, a tension, a collapse. Guided by the imagery of the blood-red full moon, the album exists as a cycle: attraction, union, destruction, and silence. Pure manifestation of Evil.
