Hailing from Lausanne, Switzerland, the solo black metal entity ENOID reveals the first glimpse into its new offering, “Entrant tant de souffrance…”, to be released on June 6th via Transcendance.All tracks were composed, recorded, and mixed by Bornyhake between 2025 and 2026, with the exception of “La nuit de l’existence,” which was composed in 1996.

To mark ENOID’s 30th anniversary, the musician decided to bring this tenth album to life, remaining faithful to the very essence of the project: deeply personal themes, free from fiction or storytelling, driven solely by raw emotions and pure expression – like a call cast into the universe. The album explores a descent into the abyss of the soul, a journey through what we call existence.

“Enoid has never sought to innovate for innovation’s sake. Above all, the project strives to convey a message that may resonate with the listener. Free from political or religious discourse, it nevertheless retains a spiritual and cathartic dimension.Each album contains a part of myself – something that needs to be released, a fragment of my soul, a trace of the distortion in which I live every day…”, states the musician.
