Australian black metal entity Drowning the Light reveals a first glimpse into its forthcoming offering, “When the Titans Fell” – a new demo tape that is available to pre-order as part of the latest DTL tape bundles, released via Dark Adversary (https://darkadversary.bigcartel.com). The cover art is a Gustave Moreau piece from 1896.
Azgorh states about the album: “This Ichor soaked majestic synth laden demo of melancholic triumphant black metal and mournful poetic Neo-folk is a reflection of the fall of those empires that came before us.. When taking that Promethean flame from the old gods to create our new kingdoms, we are but destined to follow their fate and fall…This is the shadow of that collapse and our procession into eternity.”
