French black metal collective CERCLE NOIR reveals its new offering, “Act II”. The album is out now via Drakkar Productions and is available in Digipak CD / Digital. The five entities gathering their strentgth as one are : Errances, In the Mist , L’Éclat du Déclin, Loup Noir and Soufre, well-known in the underground dungeons of the french black metal circles.
