Two years after By The Way Of Light, Illia Rafalskyi is ready to release a new opus, the seventh album under the banner of his solo project. This is how Severoth himself describes his latest work: “The concept of this album came to me in 2023, while sitting on a black beach near Grettislaug in Iceland. Surrounded by the Great Ocean, beneath the Wind and the restless Waves, I reflected on their nature. Each wave carries its own purpose, its own cycle, with a beginning and an end. The same is true for people. We are the Waves in the endless Ocean of Life. Sometimes I find myself returning to those shores in my mind, hearing the endless waves and swimming with them into the unknown…”
