Hailing from Guatemala, BEHENIAN reveal their second full-length offering, “De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium”, out now independently. BEHENIAN is a melodic black metal band founded in Guatemala City on 2014 by J. Montenegro on rhythm guitar and vocals, and R. Arevalo on lead guitar and vocals. Their music is highly inspired by alchemy, astrophysics, and philosophy. With their second album, bearing the name of Nicolaus Copernicus’ seminal work on the heliocentric theory, Behenian once again offer top-notch melodic black metal soundscapes fueled by the emotional charge of times gone by, delving deeper and deeper into the vast universe and its ancient nature.
