Hailing from Quebec, Canada, Maorte reveal their new independent EP effort, “La.médecine.des.humeurs”. All music was mixed and mastered by Andrés Solis. The cover artwork painting was crafted by Julie-Lise Polson, while the cover design was made by Asthaeb.
Delving into the depths of introspection and the occult sphere of knowledge about the human self and its natural cycles, time and space, the new Maorte offering continues to dive even deeper into the Unknown, revealing two almost ritualistic tracks of intense black metal purity and mesmerising atmospheric soundscapes. Nihilistic in its nature, the two pieces engage in themes about death, blood , inner strength and transcendence beyond matter, about duality of existence, daring the listeners to travel beyond the horrors of existence and experience the vast cosmic pulse.
Tracklist:
