Stygian Prism is a new black metal project founded in 2024 by Renz (Mānbryne), created to explore a more underground and primal sound and imagery, inspired by the second wave of black metal. The lyrical themes focus on witchcraft and necromancy, drawing inspiration from the ghostly and occult storytelling of H. P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe, and Robert W. Chambers, to name a few. The lineup features the drummer Hagl (Medico Peste), and the vocalist The Fifth Voice (BaarRa, Drowned in Silver).
The horde’s debut album “Sins Beyond Redemption” will be released on November 30th, 2026 through Malignant Voices. All drums for the album were recorded at Studio Roslyn, while mixing and mastering duties were handled by Marcin Rybicki. The cover art was crafted by Justyna Kaminska, with logo & layout by Kontamination Design.
